Ac-SDKP (Thymosin Beta 4 Fragment (1–4), Goralatide) is an endogenous tetrapeptide derivative that is the N-acetylated derivative of the fragment composed of amino acids 1-4 derived from cleavage of the N-terminus of the signalling factor thymosin beta-4 by the enzyme prolyl oligopeptidase. It is a selective inhibitor of haematopoietic cell proliferation and has antiinflammatory, anti-fibrotic, and pro-angiogenic properties, with particular applications in preventing the development of kidney fibrosis and cardiac fibrosis following injury to these organs. Clear Lake Audiotorium is a six-track promo EP by De La Soul given out to A-list DJs in 1994, the catalog number is TB 1093 (Side A, "THIS SIDE" is TB 1093 A and Side B "OTHER SIDE" is TB 1093 B). It was composed of four tracks from the group's album Buhloone Mindstate and two non-album tracks—"Sh.Fe.Mc's" featuring A Tribe Called Quest, and "Stix & Stonz" featuring The Fearless Four, Grandmaster Caz, and Prince Whipper Whip. With only 500 copies pressed (vinyl and CD), Clear Lake Audiotorium remains one of the most sought-after De La Soul releases to date. Originally pressed on clear/light green vinyl and packaged in a clear plastic sleeve, the record has since been bootlegged on black vinyl. On March 7, 2025, exactly 31 years after its original release, the EP was released officially on streaming releases, alongside a limited physical re-release.

Osuna's feat remained the franchise longest until Josh Hader converted 29 consecutive from April 7 to August 29, 2024. On May 28, A. J. Hinch obtained his 500th win as manager, as the Astros toppled the Chicago Cubs, 9–6. Chicago blasted five home runs, but Houston answered with five doubles—two by Jake Marisnick (8)—and two home runs by Alex Bregman (17). Bregman collected three RBI, and Michael Brantley had two hits and two RBI as Houston scored four times in the bottom of the fourth. Josh James (2–0) picked up the victory in relief while surrendering three runs over 2+1⁄3 frames. The 2025 Cleveland Guardians season was the 125th season for the franchise, which competes in the American League of Major League Baseball (MLB). On July 6, they were 15.5 games back of the first place Detroit Tigers and were as many as 11 games back on September 4. However, the Guardians surged while the Tigers collapsed and took the American League Central lead on September 23 with a win over the Tigers. With the Guardians having trailed Detroit by 15.5 games in July, this ranked as the largest divisional comeback in MLB history. In addition to the historic division comeback, the Guardians also became the fifth team to make the playoffs while being sub-.500 on September 4 or later. On September 27, with a walk-off win over the Texas Rangers, the Guardians clinched a postseason berth, taking the sixth and final postseason spot in the American League. On September 28, with the Tigers' loss to the Red Sox, the Guardians clinched the American League Central division for the second consecutive time and the sixth time in ten years (2016–2018, 2022, 2024–2025).
